Yesterday I went up to Nottingham to chat with Mark Dennison on BBC Radio Nottingham to discuss the walk, my rugby career and my links to Nottingham.

For my first interview I was quite nervous but I think it sounds pretty good, no moments where I froze which is good. I will be keeping in touch with mark and BBC radio Nottingham whilst I am on my walk, so keep listen in either on your radio or if you aren’t in the area you can listen to it live online.
